Wild Honeycomb

Produced in Anatolia by traditional means for centuries, Wild Honeycomb is produced in a dark hive for six months with no intervention to bees and hives and it is one of the unique examples of eco-friendly products in our country. Wild Honeycomb, which has been a source of flavor and health in these lands for centuries, is collected by specially-bred Caucasian Bees from 1200 species of flowers that are rich in nectar at the high-altitude highlands of Eastern Anatolia. Caucasian bees are able to collect all honey and nectar from flowers thanks to their long trunks. Honeycomb is a mass of hexagonal prismatic wax cells built by honey bees in their nests to contain their larvae and stores of honey and pollen. It is kept dark for six months with no intervention with the bees and this hive is called Wild Honeycomb.
The fact that Wild Honeycomb is fully natural makes this honey very special. Its honeycomb is entirely edible. Wild Honeycomb is an invaluable and rare type of honey as it is a quite laborious and lasting task for bees to produce it.
Honey Comb

Honeycomb is a natural product made by honey bees to store honey and pollen or house their larvae. It consists of a series of hexagonal cells constructed from beeswax which generally contain raw honey.
Honeycomb may also contain some bee pollen, propolis, and royal jelly - additional bee products with potential health benefits of their own. However, these are likely to be found only in small amounts.
You can eat the whole honeycomb, including the honey and waxy cells surrounding it. In addition, the waxy cells can be chewed as a gum.

Mountain Blossom Honey

The name says it all, this honey is collected from flowers which grow up in the high hills and mountains.
Mountain Honey has often very strong and unique tasty flavor. The bees mainly collect the nectars of wild liquorice and incense flowers as well as the nectars of flowering high mountain trees of East and South East Turkey. It is usually recommended for some of the winter diseases like having cold or flu.
Pine Honey

Turkish Pine Honey is a type of honeydew honey. It is sweet and spicy honey, with some resinous fragrance and dark amber color. It is a common breakfast dish in Turkey, where it is drizzled over yoghurt and eaten with bread. Pine honey is an unusual honey by bees that collect honeydew (sugary secretions) from species called Marchalina hellenica, which lives on the sap of certain pine trees. Pine honey is produced around Mediterranean Turkey of which produces 92% of the world’s pine honey. Muğla Province accounts for 86% of Turkish pine honey production.
Acacia Honey

Acacia Honey is collected from the pollen of the flowers of the acacia tree. Bees collect the nectar for this type of honey during the acacia’s (Robinia pseudoacacia) short blooming period in spring. The light and transparent colour attests to the high quality of this single-variety acacia honey. It has mildly sweet, slightly floral flavor. It has a protective, strengthening and calming effect on the nervous system in particular.
Black Forest Honey

The extensive wooden areas provide a wide range of different forest honey. However, this honey cannot be collected every year as the formation of honeydew is weather-dependent. Honeydew comes from different deciduous and coniferous trees and always has a dark tinge. It is particularly rich in minerals and its tangy, spicy and powerful aroma makes it an exquisite delicacy.
After sucking the sap of the cedar tree, which grows in Mediterranean highlands, the scale insect called Marchalina Hellenica produces a secretion that is rich in organic acids, enzymes and minerals. Bees that collect this secretion enrich it for a second time with their own enzymes and transfer it to honeycombs. This way, Black Forest Honey is produced.
Orange Blossom Honey

Orange Blossom is a type of honey that is unique to the Mediterranean region. It was determined that Orange Blossom Honey contains high levels of calcium phosphate and iron phosphate. Adana orange blossom honey is known to be the most liked and preferred orange blossom honey.
