Our Training and Development Process

Our training and development plans are prepared and applied by our directors and Human Resources department by considering the needs of our employees in terms of knowledge and skill in their duty and personal skills.

Apart from the Occupational and Technical training, we also improve by sharing the knowledge with training programs that support the personal development of our employees.
